Pastors/ Elders
The ultimate authority in the local church is Jesus Christ Himself. He is the head of the church, which is His body and His bride.

The Bible also teaches that each local church should be led by a plurality of pastors/ elders (biblically, these terms refer to the same leadership role in the church), who are responsible to “shepherd the flock of God,” to set a good example for the church, to preach, teach, and counsel the Bible, and to guard the church against false teaching.
Donovan Drew
Donovan is originally from Durban, KwaZulu Natal. He is married to Heather (since 2008), and they have 2 sons and 2 daughters.
Donovan holds a BA in Biblical Studies from The Master's University in Santa Clarita, California. He previously served as a Youth Pastor at Bethel Grace Baptist Church in Bellflower, California, in orphan ministry with 1Hope4Africa Ministries, and as one of the pastors of Living Hope Church in Hatfield, Pretoria. Donovan and Heather were sent out by Living Hope Church to plant Pretoria West Bible Church on 27 February, 2022.

Dumi Ndhlovu
Dumi Ndhlovu grew up in Soshanguve, Zeerust (North West), and Cosmo City. He has been married to Baki since 28 October, 2017, and they have one son. Dumi works in IT: he is a Senior Migrations Developer for Syke, a company providing legal technology services.

Dumi and Baki were among the 15 members Living Hope Church sent out to plant Pretoria West Bible Church on 27 February, 2022. Dumi served faithfully on the steering committee Pretoria West had in place prior to having a plurality of elders. He was appointed as an elder / pastor on 8 October, 2023.

Nhlanhla Nkosi
​
Nhlanhla Nkosi is originally from Madadeni, a township outside Newcastle, KwaZulu Natal. He has been married to Nomfundo since 5 December, 2015, and they have two sons and a daughter. Nhlanhla is a Senior Superintendent of a maintenance section for the city of Tshwane.

Nhlanhla and Nomfundo were among the 15 members Living Hope Church sent out to plant Pretoria West Bible Church on 27 February, 2022. Nhlanhla served faithfully on the steering committee Pretoria West had in place prior to having a plurality of elders. He was appointed as an elder / pastor on 8 October, 2023.
